It is easy to understand and use the software. 

**What do you dislike about Voyager?**

The terms 'discharge' and 'charge' is very confusing if you are lending a book and borrowing a book. 

**Recommendations to others considering Voyager:**

The interface has be to more user friendly.

Inter-library loans from a consortium of libraries in USA.
