The mobile app only supports viewing basic notifications and simple contact info. For example, we cannot edit existing automation workflows or adjust contact tags on mobile devices. If we need to revise interview reminder content on the go, we have to wait until we get back to a desktop computer, which affects work flexibility. Second, it lacks advanced bulk editing tools for contact lists. We frequently update group labels or statuses for dozens of candidates and clients after recruitment projects or service renewals. Right now, we can only edit contacts one by one or select small batches. Once we needed to update status tags for over 60 candidates after a group recruitment closed, and this repetitive work took us nearly an hour.
