It's extremely user friendly, with very powerful CDP features for companies with big digital presence that need the dots of the customer journey connected. I use it every day for 80% of my tasks and I'm very happy with the support that I get from the Voyado teams. The available reporting is either very granular or very top-level. I wouldn’t say I dislike anything strongly, but there are definitely a few things I’d love to see improved. The reporting feels a bit limited at times. It doesn’t always allow for the filtering or deep dives we need, so we’ve ended up pushing the data to another tool to get the full picture.
