Voxtrics is a website survey and feedback tool. Teams build surveys in a dashboard and show them on their site inline, as a popup or as a chat, publish them at their own link, or send them by email. Surveys can appear after a delay, on exit intent, at the end of the page, on a click, for returning visitors, on a cookie or for a share of visitors. Each response comes with the page, browser and device, and from the Scale plan with a screenshot of the page and the element the visitor pointed at. Responses can trigger alerts in Slack, Telegram or email, be assigned and commented on, and exported to Excel. Surveys support more than 20 question types and 8 languages, and AI can draft and translate them. Customer data is stored on Voxtrics's own servers in Finland. There is a free plan, and paid plans start at EUR 15 a month.
