# How can I build a call-back service. Agent click on a email link and the platform calling the customer and the agent on his mobile using the calling ID from the incoming number. My customers have multiple inbound numbers, using IVR and call recording and forwarding these inbound calls to mobile numbers. We show the calling number to the agent on his mobile, so he knows for what services his customer is calling. After the call, we sent an email (I can't do it by SMS since I can only use the caller's number) within the caller-id and link to the recording file. I like to build in the option to send a link to call back this customer with the caller-id of the incoming number.
