For teams that work in different time zones, Voxer essentially allows you to "have a conversation" without needing to be live with the other party. I like how many groups you can create, I like how you can customize them, I appreciate being able to mute certain group messages and leave others on alert, I like that you can see location as well. If not everyone has an Iphone it can be difficult to create business group messages and this allows you to regardless of the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The alert noise can get pretty annoying and there was a glitch once that caused the notification to show there were always 50 plus notifications when really there wasn't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so much easier to just send a quick voice (or text) message on Voxer than having to call. All I have to do is push a button, record my voice message and it goes right to them. It's like a walkie talkie but they can get to it when they have the chance.

One cool feature is the ability to unsend a message!

The price is great too. The best part about it is that I only respond when I want to, so I can block time during my day to respond to clients, allowing me to save what seems to add up to weeks over a year talking on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grouping and finding groups can be difficult sometimes. They include a button called "mark all as heard" and this button often fails to do its job. I don't like how it always tells me there are 4 messages available. Honestly, I don't think the Voxer app is very aesthetically pleasing, but it does the job and simplifies the communication process between me and other consultants in my group.
