I like how many groups you can create, I like how you can customize them, I appreciate being able to mute certain group messages and leave others on alert, I like that you can see location as well. It's so much easier to just send a quick voice (or text) message on Voxer than having to call. All I have to do is push a button, record my voice message and it goes right to them. It's like a walkie talkie but they can get to it when they have the chance. One cool feature is the ability to unsend a message! The best part about it is that I only respond when I want to, so I can block time during my day to respond to clients, allowing me to save what seems to add up to weeks over a year talking on the phone. They include a button called "mark all as heard" and this button often fails to do its job. I don't like how it always tells me there are 4 messages available. Honestly, I don't think the Voxer app is very aesthetically pleasing, but it does the job and simplifies the communication process between me and other consultants in my group. It was a good idea, but we chose to use Group Me due to the size of our chat groups. The hardest part of setting up was waiting for others to sign up.
