Voxe is an AI customer support platform for businesses that want to automate routine questions while keeping their support team available for conversations that need a human. Teams can build support assistants using website content and document knowledge bases, deploy a website chat widget, and connect a helpdesk for human handoff. Business Data Integrations let configured AI workflows access external store and CRM data, including Shopify and WooCommerce product and order tools. Available integrations and allowances vary by plan. Voxe combines AI answers, routing, human escalation, and optional Google Calendar scheduling in a configurable support workflow. It serves businesses handling recurring support questions, including ecommerce teams that need product and order information during customer conversations. Paid plans include Help Desk agent seats and a monthly AI usage allocation. Voxe does not charge per AI resolution. Optional Top-Up lets customers extend usage during temporary or seasonal spikes without permanently moving to a higher tier.
