It does it's job for the most part in terms of creating and managing surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxco Survey Platform?

If I have questions about something the help function within the software is rarely of any value. All the stuff in there seems very basic. The biggest issue we've had is with support. They are often not responsive and need to be prompted multiple times to get answers. Even when they do respond, it's not always helpful with the issues we're experiencing and they don't seem to care much about resolving the issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Voxco design software and the A4S web software are both very useful for creating complex surveys that require specific pathing throughout a script. Having the dialer interact directly with the survey is also a great bonus when producing reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
