"Our Rep Madina is amazing"

What do you like best?

Our Rep Madina is amazing. She is quick to answer questions and help on the drop of a dime. Voxbone Support is also very responsive. I also love the self service portal, very intuitive.

CDR lacking in details. Could be reacher in details without having to open tickets for the details. Quick responses though on the tickets.

"Very good quality VOIP with channel pricing"

What do you like best?

- Channel based pricing. Unlimited minutes within the channel limit.

- Good selection of geographic DIDs.

- Very good VOIP call quality (our traffic is all within the US).

- Easy DID provisioning.

- Round-robin call routing via DNS

What do you dislike?

- No prorated pricing (i.e. you pay per month for a full month) even when adding a new feature near the end of a month.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Point Voxbone at your PBX's using DNS SRV and don't forget to set both the DNS SRV name and the channel type in the Voxbone DID configuration UI (both are needed).

"Great coverage and easy-to-use API"

What do you like best?

Depth and breadth of coverage is second to none. It's ridiculously easy to order and configure local and toll-free phone numbers using the self-service platform and inventory API.

What do you dislike?

Would be good to see service restrictions on the same page as the DID groups to make ordering easier. New layout is definitely a big improvement.

The stability of Voxbone's call services. The quality is exceptional. With the recent launch of their outbound voice service, we finally have a consolidated solution from our favourite provider. Voxbone's outbound calls include some of the most competitively priced international rates we've tested.

Would like to see more coverage in APAC countries.

"Great services experience with Voxbone so far. "

We are using services with Voxbone from more than a decade, and we are very happy with their services so far. Their support is also very quick and fast. Our account manager at Voxbone is also very responsive. Web API is also very easy for buying and configuring numbers.

What do you dislike?

Unable to see what actually numbers, we are going to reserve over the Web API.

"Great Outbound Voice Service Partner"

What do you like best?

* Good selection of international DIDs

* Very knowledgeable around solving regulation issues

* Great customer service when answering technical questions

What do you dislike?

The UX of the online system is awkward. Selecting some configuration options deselects existing settings, and there is no way to label each DID. But, this is very minor. I have had no complaints or issues with the business.

We have been with Voxbone for about 10 years now. Everyone there - customer service and my dedicated account manager, Michael Service - has always been great to work with. They respond very quickly to every question and there have never been any technical issues with their DIDs in all that time.

What do you like best?

Provisioning and availability are incredibly simple, helping to manage the challenges of dealing with different government regulations around the world.

What do you dislike?

Their billing structure can be a little convoluted with one foot in the software world and one in telecoms. Sadly it's the worst of both.

"Great platform but too expensive"

What do you like best?

Really like the autoprovisionning platform and the work that was done to integrate and automate with API's

Prices have become outrageous with time and world has moved and Voxbone hasnt realized apparently.

Also because of your automation, you should be price champions in order not to open door to competition.

"Good system, robust and scalable - Unflexible pricing"

What do you like best?

The system is scalable, versatile and can support high loads. Their API is robust, the documentation detailed, they offer coverage where competitors can't. Portability where competitors cant.

What do you dislike?

Their pricing is not flexible, they fight to keep their pricing tiers and seem non-understanding to the needs of a startup. I have tried to negotiate with them many times to get "help" to scale and there was no flexibility whatsoever, the same happened when we had to port multiple numbers from other providers that were not at range. At this moment I am still waiting for an answer to a pricing related ticket that is beeing ignored for a month.

Voxbone network and services expand rapidly; we use geographical, national, mobile and a few toll-free numbers, and the service is always impeccable.

There is nothing to dislike, really. Self-service portal has easy navigation system, all the issue are solved in a timely manner.

What do you like best?

I have been working with Voxbone for over 10 years. I think we are one of the first clients. We grow with Voxbone and they grew with us. There are many reasons why we love to work with Voxbone but the most important key factor is their professionality while maintaining the start-up mindset.

What do you dislike?

If I must state a fact that I dislike, services are very expensive compared to their competitors.

What do you like best?

The DID/ITFS offered by the website are at very cheap price and the best part is the delivery of numbers is instantly after order is completed. The billing is postpaid however other vendors have prepaid billing
