Connect your dialer with one webhook, Tata Smartflo, iCallMate, Exotel, Knowlarity, MyOperator, Ozonetel, Frejun, or any dialer that posts a finished call to a URL. Build your scorecard from a template in 15 minutes. First audits land within the hour. Every audited call returns parameter scores with written reasons, fatal flags for OTP or PIN requests, mis-selling and abusive language, sentiment, the customer's objection, next actions, key moments with clickable timestamps, and coaching feedback written for the agent. Reports include an agent leaderboard, a compliance register with repeat offender tracking, and a client ready PDF quality pack, white labelled with your logo. Coverage is a dial, 5 to 100 percent per process per day. Languages include Hindi, English, Hinglish, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil, mixed language calls included. No recordings stored. Audio is fetched from the dialer at audit time and only the audit result is kept. Recordings are never used to train models.
