VotingPRO is an electronic voting and election management platform built for HOAs, condominium associations, property management companies, and other community associations. It helps communities manage secure online, in-person, and hybrid voting while simplifying the administrative work required before, during, and after an election or membership vote. With VotingPRO, association managers can manage voter rosters, electronic voting consent, election notices, reminders, candidate information, proxies, ballots, and results from one centralized platform. Owners can participate remotely from their phone, tablet, or computer, while associations can also support in-person voting through kiosks and integrate paper ballots when needed. VotingPRO provides real-time election dashboards that help managers monitor participation, quorum, voting progress, and outstanding voters. Automated email and SMS reminders can be used to increase participation and reduce the manual follow-up typically required to reach quorum. The platform is designed with election integrity and auditability in mind. VotingPRO maintains detailed activity records, protects ballot confidentiality, provides voting receipts, and gives authorized election administrators and auditors the tools needed to verify the election process and certify results. VotingPRO also supports electronic consent management, document distribution, owner communications, candidate profiles, proxy management, and other workflows commonly required by condominium and HOA elections.
