VoteAlly is an online elections and meeting voting software platform that helps boards and member organizations run secure ballots, manage voter eligibility, and produce documented results for governance decisions.
The product supports two common workflows. For scheduled elections, administrators configure races or questions, define eligible voters, distribute voting links or credentials, monitor participation, and close voting on a defined timeline.
For live meetings, administrators run time boxed votes during a meeting, confirm quorum, and share outcomes in real time while maintaining a record suitable for minutes and post meeting reporting. VoteAlly can be used in self serve mode by an organization’s administrators, or delivered as a fully managed service where the VoteAlly team coordinates setup, launches, monitoring, and reporting with the organization.
VoteAlly is designed for use by condominium and HOA boards, associations, nonprofits, clubs, and other membership based organizations that require transparent voting processes, repeatable administration, and traceable outcomes. It is used by administrators and meeting chairs to reduce manual coordination across voter lists, notices, ballot setup, and results compilation. It is also used by stakeholders who need a clear record of what was voted on, when voting occurred, and how results were produced.
Key capabilities include:
• Ballot creation for elections and meeting motions, including multiple questions and configurable voting windows
• Voter list management and eligibility controls, including support for role or unit based voting and optional weighted voting
• Secure voter access methods such as unique links or codes, with audit logging of key events
• Quorum and turnout tracking to support governance requirements and meeting procedures
• Results reporting designed for minutes, record keeping, and post election communication
• Optional managed service delivery for organizations that prefer outsourced administration and oversight
