The best part about Kestone is that they have most of the capabilities to handle a virtual event on a turnkey basis. They can handle a virtual event right from the production, platform, audience building etc. They have most of the integrated event capabilities in-house. They have a strong in-house creative team too and helped us with a lot of custom design options that suited our needs and matched our brand guidelines. I guess they are also strong with physical events which is a plus and makes them a strong single point event partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would not say that I dislike it, but if you do a virtual event, you may not be able to make last moment changes; that's the limitation of any virtual platform. We faced some issues with them in terms of audience building. Some of the attendees who registered were not relevant. I think they can do a better job in audience building, they need to have a much better quality control on their teams doing the audience building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
