**What do you like best about Vortune?**

They really took the time to understand my business and consult with me about the best way to move forward

**What do you dislike about Vortune?**

They work on a 3-month retainer which can be tough for some smaller businesses that might not have the money upfront

Vortune really know their stuff about business, but also about sales and marketing, so let them know about the things you have done in the past and your goals. They will find something that really works,

**What problems is Vortune solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every business needs new clients and ours is no exception. We were introduced to them as someone I worked with a while ago came across Femi via Lunchclub. Our goal was to increase the amount of leads coming into our business so we could keep the lights on. Wasn't sure about the approach at first, but was assured by the recommendation that they really do know what they are doing. Everything started first with consultation on how we should change some of our approach at first and they types of clients we are going after and I'm glad that they did. We started getting in high paying clients that were looking for longer term business relationships. We now have a much larger pipeline

**What do you like best about Vortune?**

AI seems to be all the range at the moment but I have also heard alot of horror stories from colleagues and in the media. Of course, some of this might be unfounded and people panicking but I also worry about consequences for our business. They had a deep conversation with us to understand our needs - and there was always a human available to manage our AI sales drive so things stayed in control.

**What do you dislike about Vortune?**

Of course, we are still worried about AI and the issues surrounding its use. What if they AI runs amok and the wrong messages get sent to the wrong people. This is a genuine concern, but so far it hasn't happened yet. Glad that their are humans at the helm staring the ship.

**Recommendations to others considering Vortune:**

Give detailed instructions about where you want them to go and direction that operations wants to go. Also, be upfront with them about the things that haven't worked in the past because this allows them to come up with unique approach. We had issues with a past provider that we let them know about.

**What problems is Vortune solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to get in touch with the right decision makers consistently! Many of these guys are very busy people and so we recognised that we'd need to send multiple messages and followups etc, but we just didnt have time and were never consistent enough. They were able to help us with this since this is their area of expertise. The way they composed the messages was also very good. After some discussions, they did the research to capture essence of our business. We now get  a steady output of leads and we are right infront of the enterprise clients that we need to grow. Leads have gone up at least 30% in first month; and 45% in second month. Consequently, sales are able to close more, which has led to increase in revenues and hitting targets. They also apply multichannel approach which is something we weren't using.
