Give detailed instructions about where you want them to go and direction that operations wants to go. Also, be upfront with them about the things that haven't worked in the past because this allows them to come up with unique approach. We had issues with a past provider that we let them know about. What problems is Vortune solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled to get in touch with the right decision makers consistently! Many of these guys are very busy people and so we recognised that we'd need to send multiple messages and followups etc, but we just didnt have time and were never consistent enough. They were able to help us with this since this is their area of expertise. The way they composed the messages was also very good. After some discussions, they did the research to capture essence of our business. We now get a steady output of leads and we are right infront of the enterprise clients that we need to grow. Leads have gone up at least 30% in first month; and 45% in second month. Consequently, sales are able to close more, which has led to increase in revenues and hitting targets.
