Front desk and operations are covered end to end: reservations, calendar, folios and per-booking economics, tokenised digital check-in with guest ID capture, automated housekeeping with a mobile view for cleaners, and maintenance tasking. Owner-facing reporting includes statements, expenses, and a read-only portal for condo and villa unit owners with their own per-unit statements. Everything runs from one login across every property.
