Vordero is debiteurenbeheer voor ondernemers in Nederland en België. Je maakt en verstuurt facturen, en Vordero volgt ze daarna zelf op. Elke openstaande factuur krijgt een reeks herinneringen en, als er niet betaald wordt, een wettelijke aanmaning. Rente en incassokosten worden per factuur uitgerekend volgens het recht dat op die klant van toepassing is: de Nederlandse staffel uit artikel 6:96 BW met de veertiendagenbrief voor consumenten, of het Belgische regime uit boek XIX van het Wetboek van economisch recht. Het verschil tussen een zakelijke en een particuliere debiteur zit in het product, niet in een instelling die je zelf moet onthouden. Je klant betaalt rechtstreeks aan jou. Vordero werkt met een Stripe-account op jouw naam, dus er is geen tussenrekening en het geld loopt niet via ons. Betalingen worden per factuur bijgehouden, ook bij een deelbetaling of een betalingsregeling. Facturen komen binnen uit Moneybird of uit een CSV-bestand, en gaan eruit als PDF en als UBL 2.1 volgens EN 16931. Prijzen staan publiek op vordero.eu, je zegt maandelijks op, en je gegevens blijven van jou.
