**What do you like best about VoPay?**

Integrating with VoPay is straightforward and got us the ability to support all the payment methods in Canada. T

**What do you dislike about VoPay?**

Service and support is poor, sometimes non-existent. Challenging to get a hold of someone if we run into issues. Sometimes feels like they don't care

**What problems is VoPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a SaaS platform that requires integrated payments for a key part of our workflow. Moreover, we need omni-channel payments covering EFT, wire and Interac and being able to accomplish that through one integration and having the option to integrate more payment methods in the future is a huge win for us and our clients.
