From ease of use, to professional templates, to customer support and excellent pricing, DotSignage has them all beat. Some companies require installation of hardware to your monitor. DotSignage does not. Simply make changes on your computer and publish. That's it! The changes publish instantly to any location. Their pricing is great and customer support is second to none. We have multiple screens in our bakery cafe locations and are glad we chose DotSignage. You will be too!! **What do you dislike about DotSignage?** None. They deliver on everything they promise. **What problems is DotSignage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to change our menus often across multiple locations. DotSignage allows me to make the change once and publish it to any single device or all of them at once. I have used quiet a few digital menu companies and this is by far the best I have used. Dimpy and team are very fast at responding to emails when you have an issue or need help. When I say fast I mean, I get a response within 30 minutes. It integrates very well to the TVs as well. It has a number of features and menu templates to choose from. This is an amazing product. The price is also great! **What do you dislike about DotSignage?** I cant say there is anything I do not like. **What problems is DotSignage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had another company we were using (and paying 100X more for.) To make a menu edit you need a degree in coding to making it work. They also looked like they were from the 1920. With DotSignage – it is as easy to create and update like Canva or Powerpoint. So you don’t need a degree to figure out how to make an amazing looking digital menu. ### 4. We have been working with them for a number of years and whenever there are questions or issues they are promptly answered, The backend is easy to use. I love the Scheduling Feature as well. It is an easy sell. **What do you dislike about DotSignage?** While there are a ton on images to choose from it would be nice to have a wider variety. If there were a way to implement remotely without having to enter the pairing code (which requires someone to be on location to either read it, or to go in person) that would be a great feature althoughI am not sure if that is even possible. **What problems is DotSignage solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me develop relationships with business owners and to offer other services we provide. The ease of use compares to no other. Creating a digital board or rotating menu takes nothing but minutes. This is the biggest problem it solves. Followed by content development, Dotsignage has a very useful internal content development suite that is very helpful. I tried 5 American companies for the same service and they were all a huge disappointment and cost way more. Dimpy has been a huge help and always responds quicklys, calls me if I ask, and helps me all the time. This solution got us out of a bind when our last digital signage provider parted ways and got out of the space. Able to get us up and running quickly with the Firesticks we already had. **What do you dislike about DotSignage?** Not much so far that I've found that we dislike. **What problems is DotSignage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can quickly publish flyers and other promotions to our TV's in seconds. There are menu templates that can be easily edited, but for our purposes, the ability to push informational signs and promotions to TV's was our primary goal, and this does exactly what we need. ### 15. With an advance-scheduler user can easily manage regular or event-based content display management. One of the best features I personally like is an inbuilt app store where digital menu board, digital catalogue and other many features cab be managed from. On top of the above Voolsy screen is very cost-effective compare to the other digital signage service provider.
