**What do you like best about VONQ?**

It is fully featured recruitment software designed to serve start-ups and agencies.VONQ provides end-to-end solutions designed for Windows. The key features are recruitment management and surveys and feedback.

**What do you dislike about VONQ?**

Nothing to disliked about this as it is the most compatible for recruitment management and surveys. Also it is a windows based tool. Also it has a cloud based deployment.

**Recommendations to others considering VONQ:**

Strongly recommended.

**What problems is VONQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As it has cloud based deployment, it is easy to execute. Easy for recruitment management, it helps in getting surveys and feedback from the user. It offers recruitment marketing technology to turn passive and active candidates into qualified applicants.
