The conference bridge that once worked so well has been buggy for months with no acknowledgement by the TokBox team. It would also be nice to be able to export graphs/charts in the inspector tool so i can provide that data to our client attempting to configure their network Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nexmo has a really to use API's which helps you to connect you app with carrier , its switch also nexmo has a really friendly interface , where you can see all the information you need, for example : Where was the SMS sent , how much was the expenditure and etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Nexmo for years for SMS sending from my apps, and its been rock solid, with very fast response times throughout all the period.

I also like their website is clear and concise , and its very easy to find relevant information.

Last but not least, their pricing is quite competitive for years already.

There is very little to dislike in Nexmo. My only request could be to add more options/formats to the analytics reports, but that's far from a dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

webRTC is in a phase of rapid development and for those not able / interested to have to chase the latest greatest development, Tokbox can do that for you for a price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tokbox still very much requires senior engineers to build out and maintain a video conferencing solution. The documentation might lead you to think any JS engineer could do this project and it's true that a it's not hard to get to a working prototype, however there is still plenty of nuance that people with webRTC as a skill are able to get through that a regular JS engineer cannot. Very fast and has lots of features to select from SMS/Voice messages. Lots of lines to buy for this.

Nexmo does no work nicely with Canadian carriers, meaning they do not know if a line is a Cell/Landline or even who is the carrier of the destination line. Now your thinking why do I care about this??? because in Canada there is a carrier Freedom who will not accept Toll free SMS messages but when we send the SMS we get a success and no failure because Freedom does not respond. But Nexmo returns that the carrier was Telus/Bell/Rogers etc when it really was Freedom. So if we knew it Freedom we could send out on a normal line and get a success but we dont know this.

Also Nexmo does not know if its a landline or cell line in Canada so we get a success but really the carrier noticed that it was a landline and threw away the SMS and did not respond with a failure message. If Nexmo knew then we could inform our client and the phone number can change. Right now we just fail repeatedly sending to this number with no help from Nexmo or Carriers.

Now you think this is just 2 issues so how much could this impact us, well we send out 80,000 SMS a day and we get floods of support calls about how the SMS never made it to the destination and we don't know why and Nexmo support takes about 3-4 business days to respond with an answer because they dont even know if its a Freedom or landline and have to ask the carrier.

You have a great product,I like the nice integration that it has with Laravel. I've used other solutions like Plivo but this, in my opinion, has a far better quality product. Also, the documentation is very good and very easy to use. Another thing that I like is the size of the community around your product. If you need help there are a ton of resources to look up with, and if not, you could always post a question in StackOverflow and get a proper response from developers already familiar with the service. You offer greate services, but there are only avaliable in some countries. If I need to make an advise, I'd say provide more API coverage for foreign countries like Peru. Also, we'd like to have a better pricing and a low entry barrier for stutends to start playing with the products to ease the transition to your platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The administrative interface is the best. I also use nexvortex and infobip. You guys did a great job with the interface. It is intuitive and the icons are cute. It looks good and functioning at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things:

1) It is very difficult to search for phone number to buy. If users want to browse available phone numbers, they have to go 1 page at a time. When there is 800 pages, it takes a long time to browse. Give us a way to jump to page number.

2) I wish you guys have phone number I can purchase in Colombia, Bolivia and many other South America countries. I like you guys so much that I wish you are available in other countries. I open an account with infobip because you are not in that space.

3) I wish you can give me a way to send you two difference audio and you can splice them together before streaming it to the end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our residents have SMS texts sent to alert them that visitors have checked in. Nexmo makes it easy and affordable. We started with another company but found Nexmo to be more competitive for our needs and costs. We have recommended it to others that are also satisfied. Want to look into whether or not we can schedule blast texting within your online portal. If we can, we will be able to reach so many more people than we have ever before. Wish we could buy in bulk to avoid the more frequent billings. There is a small Foreign Transaction fee but that is something we can change by using a different credit card to pay the services.
