**What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?**

I liked the pricing of their inbound numbers. They promised that inbound messages would be "always free" which is a great offer. We only pay a monthly fee for each inbound number.

**What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?**

After using Nexmo for a number of years, they have now introduced a fee for each inbound message we receive. The information on their website doesn't match what they actually do. "Always free" should mean that inbound messages are always free, but this doesn't appear to be true to Nexmo.

**What problems is Vonage Communications APIs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Nexmo for inbound messaging for our users for a number of years. However, we are now seeking a new inbound message provider due to the changes that Nexmo have made.

Angie (former CS support for the Viet Nam market) went out of her way to support my organization. The sender ID she offered us was brilliant!

**What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?**

Nothing. Really. I've nothing to dislike about Nexmo :).

**What problems is Vonage Communications APIs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Nexmo to send verification texts.
Using Sender ID helps boost our credibility.

**What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?**

Once there was a situation where I ran out of credit on weekend and the credit card top-up system was not working. My sales representative gave me credits just to survive until Monday. That was the sweetest experience I had with Nexmo. She even helped me get my India activation ratio higher.

**What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?**

That there were times one of their routes will go down unexpectedly. One time, it was exactly when I was doing a demo. It was embarrassing. They were quick to fix it though when I opened a ticket.

**Recommendations to others considering Vonage Communications APIs:**

When you need a global SMS provider, do not think twice, go to Nexmo. You will not regret it.

**What problems is Vonage Communications APIs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nexmo for app activation, and aiming for a high ratio. Without Nexmo this would be impossible.
