I have been using Vonage for a while now and I am extremely impressed with the flexibility it offers. The ability to take calls on my phone, at my desk, or on my computer at home is a game-changer for me. It allows me to be available for my clients whenever they need me, making them feel like I am always there for them. The call quality is excellent, and the audio is mostly clear. I've had a few issues with dropped calls or choppy audio but none to be concerned about or want to switch to anywhere else. The call-forwarding feature is also very helpful. It allows me to forward calls to my cell phone when I am away from my desk or to my colleague's phone when I am unavailable. This ensures that my clients never reach a voicemail and always get the help they need. The customer service team is also very helpful. They are always willing to assist me with any issues I may have and resolve them quickly. The online portal is easy to use and allows me to manage my account and make changes with ease. In conclusion, I highly recommend Vonage to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible communication service. The ability to take calls on multiple devices and the excellent call quality make it a great option for businesses. I have been using Vonage as my primary means of communication for a while now, and overall, I am satisfied with the service. However, I have noticed that the calls sometimes sound choppy and tend to drop occasionally. While this is not a frequent occurrence, it is still something that I find frustrating. The choppy sound quality on the calls can make it difficult to understand the person on the other end, and the dropped calls can be disruptive and cause inconvenience. This is particularly frustrating when I am in the middle of an important conversation or trying to make a crucial business call. Despite this, I have to say that the problem is not severe enough for me to be overly concerned. The calls usually sound clear and are stable, and the dropped calls are not a regular occurrence. Additionally, the customer service team at Vonage is always willing to help and resolve any issues I may have. In conclusion, while I do dislike the choppy and dropped calls on Vonage, it is not a significant enough issue for me to switch to a different service.
