Been using trackers for years and Voluum is ranked the highest for reliability. As the middle component of an ad campaign, the data going through trackers is huge. Features is probably secondary if the tracker can not be reliable in processing all the traffic that goes through it.

As for trackers, I would say it has all the solid capabilities any marketer would need. The server side data, the capturing of revenue for your traffic sources, capability to A/B test offer pages, and etc. It's not crazy in terms of Affiliate company integrations and can't do crazy funnel setups but you really only need those if you have a very complex setup.
