**What do you like best about Voluum?**

Allows for integration with all major platforms. Covers a lot of different analytics, which is very insightful.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

There are a lot of tabs and that can be overwhelming for a first-time user. Some of the features are not very intuitive. The campaign setup is quite complicated.

**What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track and optimize all traffic sources so that I know which ones perform the best and where we should put our money, instead of wasting it on unsuccessful campaigns.

Voluum is very easy to use and, most importantly, it always works. Tracking is serious business and therefore we're happy to be using a rock solid solution with great support from our AM Katarzyna

Nowadays it's important to leverage as much automation as possible. In this regards Voluum still needs to improve, even though they are adding more and more such features at the moment

We run most of our business via Voluum. We use complex flows with many rules in order to optimize our traffic day in and day out. Furthermore, it's fast and easy to use

Voluum is a real-time campaign tracking tool. It is very easy to use in terms of setting up campaigns, Integrating new traffic sources etc.
It provides detailed reporting and insights which helps in optimizing the campaigns. The Voluum support team always helps and provides quick resolution and regular updates about the new features, functionalities etc.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

The Current Dashboard view is very nice, but if we also get a custom feature there to change the view that would be amazing

Using Voluum for about 3years. It's a reliable, stable and clever build platform. You can manage your traffic any way you like, manually or using automated solutions. Smart switching between offers, caps control, integration with traffic sources, postbacks and tracking pixel redirection and many, many other useful features. You won’t be upset.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

Believe me or not I don’t know anything wrong with Voluum. Maybe the price :) We always want to have the best product with lowest prices. But you know, Lamborghini can’t cost as a daily car.

**What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Voluum for affiliate marketing, it does the job great. The platform tracks any parameter you may need and allows you to distribute traffic in any way you like.

The customer service experience has been excellent so far. Any questions I had regarding setup, were answered promptly. The platform is also very easy to use and very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

I have tested a bunch of different tracking platforms and Voluum is by far the best platform out there. But that quality also comes with a higher than normal price tag.

The custom optimization and targeting features are easy to use. It's a must-have for media buyers who want to scale positively and aggregate all campaigns data views under a single platform and add more time back in your day.

I don't dislike anything. Although, for someone with little technical background, integrations might seem a bit tasking at first. But the team at Voluum is excellent, especially the dedicated account managers like Kasia, who are always ready to help and highly knowledgeable!

Get Voluum, and you won't regret it!

Custom targeting has always been an issue until we started using Voluum. It helped us view our core metrics better, understand the data, and better set up advanced targeting to scale up our campaigns.  With Voluum, every time some new key feature is released, the growth benefits are endless!

Easy to use, loads of help documents and lots of integrations to help you get campaigns up and running quickly whilst tracking reliably. 
The customer service has been fantastic and has helped us learn how to use the platform as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

Nothing specifically. 
It would be useful to have a built-in way to get data into Google Sheets or with a Supermetrics connection.

It's been a great tool to help standardise our tracking across multiple platforms and assess campaign performance. 
We've only scratched the surface of the potential we can get from the platform.

Voluum is a must have tool if you run native ads. Without Voluum our daily media buying job would be much harder because we've to pick the data from different projects and traffic sources.

There is nothing which I really dislike. If something is not optimal yet, they are working hard to fix that fast.

Voluum is a massive time safer for us. We get conversion data from all sources and we are using the data from Voluum as our main data source to make decicions.

Voluum is extremely versatile, allowing our company to integrate with virtually all traffic sources known to exist! Voluum also has some pretty incredible tools that allow for automation as well as direct/api integrations.

Voluum being outside of the United States, customer support can sometimes take up to 24 hours to get back to you. The tradeoff here is that they are extremely knowledgable

Voluum provides our company with the capability to track all of the media buys that our company conducts. Without this, we could not identify data trends and make data-driven decisions on our marketing campaigns.

I really like the 1-on-1 Service and I the features I can offered for my affiliates. and  The fact that you help us to set up everything is such a huge plus.

Nothing, the software is amazing and we love it

After four false starts with other affiliate software programs, we found Voluume. 
We never expected it to only take 5 minutes to set it up because we'd been told that before. However, volume has an intuitive step-by-step set up with videos and fill in blanks. 
It really only took five minutes!

It's easy to implement, neat appearance and user friendly. It's relatively fast and always up to date with the newer trends. The customer support is also great we always get fast responses whenever we need something.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

There are some short downtimes of the interface (thankfully they are really short and doesn't happen often) and I would like to have some further drilldown report options.

We track our mediabuying activity via dozens of sources and monetizing it on even more partners. It also makes it possible to work as a team on it. Lately we also started using Voluum DSP as well and testing that traffic too on our offers.

It has well-designed dashboard, and it looks more pretty than most trackers which I used. All the features that you can find in tracking industry are included .

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

There is not much to dislike as the tracker works out of the box. Maybe data retention could be longer like 2 years under the standard plan but everything else is ok.

Tracking multiple campaigns from different traffic sources in one platform. Automizer is also great at helping me optimize my campaigns on autopilot. No need to worry for hosting.

there is a definite learning curve.  Again, because of the amount of data you can get and how granular you can get in your reporting...it takes some learning

it's been more than two years i've been using voluum for scale and get more performance for my campaigns and i've never seen any platform had a lot of tools and  simple way to create and improve campaign's like Voluum, i've been using many tracking platform but Voluum is always my Favourite, i hope you keep this performance in this way and wish you happy year :)

A lot of optimization possibilities and great for tracking, especially when you need to track your stats across different platforms. Also, their support is great and one of the most responsive ones I have come across.

I don't have any specific dislikes regarding the software. Only thing to mention is that starting with the software is complex and definitely time-consuming.

We are using voluum, from quite some time now. Even though we have been facing issues, the support is beneficial (especially Radoslaw). So we recommend it if you want to track your ads!

The platform itself is decent, has great features and is reliable.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

I am absolutely disgusted by the team behind the company. They have already removed my review on TrustPilot to avoid taking any responsibility.

I had prepaid for a year of membership at the end of 2019. I stopped using my account 3 months prior to the end of my billing cycle but they still charged me for renewal. When I contacted my account manager and support they simply told me that they had tried to reach me in December of 2020 to confirm the renewal and now they can not do anything about it. I informed them that a close family member had gotten infected by COVID-19 and I was preoccupied in December. They couldnt care less. 

While they were holding my money and refusing to issue me a refund, they were not respecting their own SLA that I was promised. Some replies would take more than a day, some were replied to after their office hours etc. After pointing this out to them on the Paypal dispute page, they simply tried to downplay it and point out that ONE of the days they were delayed in replying was a bank holiday in Poland and ignored all the other instances they replied to me late. so BE CAREFUL, they will happily take your money and hold you to the contract without ANY REGARDS to their own side of the contract!
The story has a happy ending as Paypal eventually sided with me and provided me a full refund. 

This is an absolutely genuine review and I can provide proof of my experience and I will be reposting this review until it stays on.

An absolutely terrible company. STAY AWAY as much as you can.

Voluum is a great alternative to Google Analytics. It has a pretty intuitive user interface. Overall, you can track your affiliate offers easier as well as specific data points like devices, conversions, operating systems, etc. We found it easier than Google Analytics in terms of set-up and reviewing data. Voluum also lets you integrate with a number of third-party traffic providers.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

If you don't purchase the right plan, you will get stuck with their redirect technology. Overall, they fail to mention that before you buy their subscription. You should fork over the extra money to get a better plan so you can get access to their redirect-less technology and ultimately ensure you don't miss out on traffic. The thing is, if you use their redirect technology, some browsers may block the traffic from reaching your offer. It's a security protocol. I also don't like the fact Voluum's support takes 24 hours to respond; I wish they had a live chat feature.

**Recommendations to others considering Voluum:**

It's probably a good idea to use Google Analytics alongside Voluum in order to understand how long people stayed on your website. Additionally, Google Analytics will help you understand the percentage of users who bounced off.

Voluum allows us to keep track of all our affiliate offers in real time. Overall, we can see which offers, campaigns, and assets are converting best. We can also look at granular data like the type of users that are reaching our landing pages. It's really helpful.

Voluum is a fantastic alternative to Google Analytics. They have a tracking platform and traffic buying platform. I preferred to use the tracking platform. It allows you to split test landing pages and create funnels. You can optimize your campaigns better by understanding every aspect of your traffic. It uses redirects to track as opposed to loading a pixel like Google Analytics. Overall, it's an intuitive platform and the support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Voluum?**

I am not a fan of their traffic buying platform. It presents challenges since you can only buy impressions and not on CPC. You'll need a big budget to make Voluum's traffic buying platform work for you. People who are optimization masters, will do better on their traffic buying platform.

Voluum was a great solution for tracking my campaigns. In fact, it's easier than Google Analytics.

The system is easy to use. Its intuitive. It has nice graphics and the dashboard is clear.

Its integrated with the main players of the space so not a lot of work needed on that front.

Its a bit expensive. Seems to me there are alternatives in the space doing the same and charging less.

Also customer service is not that good.  Also better notification on campaigns performance would be a nice plus.

Voluum is an option to be able to centralize and track all of your campaigns. It works well. However, the pricing is a bit steep so make sure you compare it to other alternatives.

With Voluum I am able to track my campaigns and understand which sources provide best quality. It helps me to understand better my KPIs and to monitor them as well.

the most powerful tool of tracking is voluum when you track your campaigns, voluum is endowed with three high qualities in the first control of the targeted space by reaching any city in any country.
secondly control of the interval of time during which the target is in your range, precisely in which days in the week successive or separate and in which hours in this day, successive or separate your campaigns display.

thirdly control of the devices as well as software used by Internet users to surf the web by targetting any browser or any operating system installed on any  user's devices
fourth flexibility of management by creating multiple offers, landing pages, campaigns, traffic sources and link to each other and make so many permutations between them for the purpose of optimization and scale .
 the fifth instant database and detailed on the number of views, number of visitors,   clicks, the percentage of return on investment.

there is a limit to which you target  by account

The user interphase is great, the implementation is easy as well. It is integrated with all of the big tracking platforms.

You cant look at cross device which is a big disadvantage. The campaigns dont go deep enough so you can only do partial analysis . Tracking is also an issue.
