Because there is lot to learn in the beginning I looked for a tracking partner that had a low entry level because there are many integrations possible. Next to the integrations, there is the excellent support (thx Karolina!) and there is a Voluum Academy with video's! **What do you dislike about Voluum?** I haven't run into any problems yet. So there is nothing really to dislike at the moment. I'm sure there will be support when I do get stuck (and yes I will get stuck at a moment). Voluum I get a response back when our time zones line up, it's the next business day. This might sound menial, however, imagine you have a big Ad spend budget per day and you encounter an issue. Who do you want to work with? 1. A tracker that is cheap and takes days or a week to get back to you, as you are losing money on traffic and/or lost revenue. 2. A tracker that has 5 Star customer service and gets back to you the next business day. I went through option 1 to learn the hard way and settle on option 2. You can easily find yourself with overage charges should you get a burst of unexpected traffic.
