Just last week, Anna devoted a significant amount of time addressing my concerns regarding conflicting data. When I was still having trouble understanding, she went the extra mile by creating a video tutorial to guide me through the data. A few months ago, Marcin K. helped me resolve an issue related to a source conversion test, which was in no way Voluum's fault or responsibility. Marcin even included a helpful GIF to demonstrate precisely what I needed to do. I have had multiple instances where the support team took the time to create flowcharts and share screenshots, ensuring that my concerns were thoroughly addressed. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend Voluum. **What do you dislike about Voluum?** I couldn nit pick a bit on the interface, but those issues are more personal preference. My only real issue is the cost of add ons like custom domains. It's possible there are costs I'm unaware of associated with the add ons.
