I use it for affiliate marketing, and the ability to optermise campaigns live on a macro level, and control campaigns live using the Voluum integrations with advertising networks makes the process very easy. The support team at Voluum is also absolutely incredible. I'm brand new to Voluum, but I've been very impressed so far. **What do you dislike about Voluum?** Voluum can seem overwhelming at first, however with help from the support team, their 'affiliate academy free online course, and their helpful YouTube tutorials, you soon get to grips with it. **What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem Voluum solves is the ability to control an entire campaign (or even multiple campaigns simultaneously - even across multiple advertising networks) directly from one place. Not only does this make it easy and save time, but the detail of live reporting is excellent. The ability to integrate and pull date through from various ad networks is impressive and allows you to optimise at a micro level (such as pausing specific widget ID's, device types or other advertising placements|), all while the campaign is live. ### 2. It has a nice design and a user friendly interface that provides a good overview about our affiliate marketing operations. **What do you dislike about Voluum?** When analyzing campaigns, its not possible to display more than 3 dimensions in the trackers interface. Sometimes very slow loading times. Other smaller limitations, like setting an offer cap is only possible on a global level -> you cant set the cap on the offer per campaign/device/GEO etc. **Recommendations to others considering Voluum:** Its a good tracker to start with for any affiliate marketer **What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as a campaign management system where we track and optimize our affiliate marketing operations. It has a pretty intuitive user interface. Overall, you can track your affiliate offers easier as well as specific data points like devices, conversions, operating systems, etc. We found it easier than Google Analytics in terms of set-up and reviewing data. Voluum also lets you integrate with a number of third-party traffic providers. **What do you dislike about Voluum?** If you don't purchase the right plan, you will get stuck with their redirect technology. Overall, they fail to mention that before you buy their subscription. You should fork over the extra money to get a better plan so you can get access to their redirect-less technology and ultimately ensure you don't miss out on traffic. The thing is, if you use their redirect technology, some browsers may block the traffic from reaching your offer. It's a security protocol. I also don't like the fact Voluum's support takes 24 hours to respond; I wish they had a live chat feature. **Recommendations to others considering Voluum:** It's probably a good idea to use Google Analytics alongside Voluum in order to understand how long people stayed on your website. Additionally, Google Analytics will help you understand the percentage of users who bounced off. **What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Voluum allows us to keep track of all our affiliate offers in real time. Overall, we can see which offers, campaigns, and assets are converting best. We can also look at granular data like the type of users that are reaching our landing pages. It's really helpful. ### 14. They have a tracking platform and traffic buying platform. I preferred to use the tracking platform. It allows you to split test landing pages and create funnels. You can optimize your campaigns better by understanding every aspect of your traffic. It uses redirects to track as opposed to loading a pixel like Google Analytics. Overall, it's an intuitive platform and the support is excellent. **What do you dislike about Voluum?** I am not a fan of their traffic buying platform. It presents challenges since you can only buy impressions and not on CPC. You'll need a big budget to make Voluum's traffic buying platform work for you. People who are optimization masters, will do better on their traffic buying platform. **What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Voluum was a great solution for tracking my campaigns. In fact, it's easier than Google Analytics. ### 15. Its intuitive. It has nice graphics and the dashboard is clear. Its integrated with the main players of the space so not a lot of work needed on that front. **What do you dislike about Voluum?** Its a bit expensive. Seems to me there are alternatives in the space doing the same and charging less. Also customer service is not that good. Also better notification on campaigns performance would be a nice plus. **Recommendations to others considering Voluum:** Voluum is an option to be able to centralize and track all of your campaigns. It works well. However, the pricing is a bit steep so make sure you compare it to other alternatives. **What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Voluum I am able to track my campaigns and understand which sources provide best quality.
