(One time, Minors, long term etc) **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** The reporting features left much to be desired and it lacked an app which most of our volunteers requested. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** They do not have a mobile app but their software is very mobile friendly. ### 2. But with time comes perfection. **Recommendations to others considering VolunteerHub:** Please make sure to look into other software before signing a contract. VolunteerHub is expensive, but worth it for the business I use it for. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the need for constant by hand data updating ### 4. We used it daily and it definitely made it much easier to manage our extensive volunteer database. It was a valuable resource. It was much easier to pull queries of our current volunteers, and provided an easy way for new ones to join. **What do you dislike about VolunteerHub?** The options are a bit limited, with other databases that I have used with other companies there were more options and a more user friendly appealing interface, but VolunteerHub definitely gets the job done. **What problems is VolunteerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use VolunteerHub to organize prospective volunteers for events, and allow them to sign up and receive notifications.
