VolunteerBadge is volunteer management software that conducts background checks and tracks operations. It searches over 650 million records, including courts, sex offender registries, FBI Most Wanted lists, and OFAC sanctions. Biometric identity verification matches facial scans to photo IDs, cross-referencing Social Security traces and address history, flagging discrepancies before screening credits are used. The platform generates FCRA-compliant adverse action notices and integrates with AI tools to automate workflows. A REST API and webhooks enable system embedding. Features include volunteer hour tracking with in-kind value calculations, grant-ready impact reports, and a compliance roster with clearance status indicators. Automated re-screening alerts notify administrators before checks expire. An AI grant writing assistant drafts proposals using organizational data without sharing personal information. Unlimited administrator accounts are supported at no extra cost.
