**What do you like best about Track It Forward?**

The ease and user friendly software allows for any and all persons labeled as a 'volunteer' to keep track of both needed and not-needed volunteer hours. Like a timecard, just on software

**What do you dislike about Track It Forward?**

Much of the software has been around for what seems like quite a while. While new updates are frequent, major changes for user friendly atmosphere status could be done.

**Recommendations to others considering Track It Forward:**

Switch immediately for ease, user-friendly software that takes math and independent tracking out of a single person's hands.

**What problems is Track It Forward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of each and every person I work with to keep track of hours, breaks, who is volunteering and who is not, allows for this software to stand out in my business and customer-oriented partnership.
