Using Better Impact has made my job a lot less complicated. I've been using BI for 13 years and from small scale volunteer programs to very large scale programs. I enjoy being able to do everything in one place. From recruitment to retention to recognition. BI allows me to cover all my basis. Scheduling and reporting are a breeze. We've been using BetterImpact for our volunteer management, and it has been an invaluable tool for our organisation. The platform is user-friendly and provides a comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of volunteer engagement, from communication distribution to tracking hours. Key Features: Communication Tools: The integrated messaging system is a great way to stay in touch with volunteers, whether it’s for event updates, or just to show appreciation. The ability to send out mass emails or target specific groups of volunteers is very useful. Reporting and Data Management: We love the detailed reporting tools, which make it easy to track volunteer hours, participation rates, and more. This data helps us in reporting to stakeholders.
