What do you like best about Volgistics?

I like the ability to make an online volunteer application and have all of the information available and searchable. If I need a lunch volunteer, I can create a list for people who are interested in lunch volunteering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Volgistics?

It is difficult to use it for volunteer scheduling because volunteers MUST have an application filed. I also wish I could just search based on scheduling or interests through a search bar and not have to make a whole set for it. It takes up a lot of time to make it work to it's full capacity. What do you like best about Volgistics?

It adds assignments and organizes pretty well. You can add a ton of information which is helpful. You can also separate by certain events, which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The maximum number of volunteer records for your account can be adjusted at any time through the online Store. Help topic 2166 "How do I change the service level on my account?" (https://www.volgistics.com/ex/Help.dll?ACT=21&TOPIC=2166) shows how to do this and explains how the change will affect your monthly service fee.

You're right that the interface seems a bit outdated. Volgistics was released in 2004, and could really use a face lift. That's why our full-time development staff has been working so hard for the past several months on updating the back-end of the system to prepare for a front-end refresh. What do you like best about Volgistics?

A lot of the built in functions meet very basic requirements for running a volunteer program. There is no need to get add ons or additional items built to work with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
