Volgistics needs to update **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2017 **What do you like best about Volgistics?** It adds assignments and organizes pretty well. You can add a ton of information which is helpful. You can also separate by certain events, which is nice. **What do you dislike about Volgistics?** It's pretty outdated. It feels like software that hasn't been updated in the last decade. Could be more user friendly and efficient to use. **What problems is Volgistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easy enough to track volunteers, but it's difficult with the 100 volunteer limit. Not sure if that's for everyone, or just the account my organization has, but it's difficult to constantly need to update and remove "old" volunteers. **Official Response from Tim Long:** > We're sorry that your experience with Volgistics wasn't the best, but we appreciate your honest feedback. Volgistics was released in 2004, and could really use a face lift. That's why our full-time development staff has been working so hard for the past several months on updating the back-end of the system to prepare for a front-end refresh.
