I value the list cleaning feature, which can eliminate risky and unsafe emails that might bounce and affect my cold email campaign deliverability. I also find VoilaNorbert stable, unlike the previous product I used, Salesblink, which was unstable. The initial setup of VoilaNorbert was very easy. **What do you dislike about VoilaNorbert?** I think the spintax feature could be improved because it does not give good suggestions. It would be helpful to train the AI feature on how to vary highlighted phrases and make them relevant. **What problems is VoilaNorbert solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use VoilaNorbert to find and verify email addresses for cold email outreach. Searching google was what I thought I had to do. With this website, you are able to find all emails associated with a company and it's been a wonderful and pain free (time free) process. Before when I’d need an email from a certain company, it was tedious work. I searched Google and used a bunch of trashy plugins. With this tool, it all becomes a pain - and time free process. I’ve been using it when I was still an amateur and stuck to it now that I’ve become more of a professional in digital marketing and cold outreach. **What do you dislike about VoilaNorbert?** You get 50 leads for free at sign-up but I feel this is not enough. I’d like more for free. **What problems is VoilaNorbert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use the 50 leads they give you for free and see if it works for you.
