An example would be the lack of automatic scheduling, where you can enter only availabilities and get a schedule done that you'll only have to modify a little bit. We encountered many bugs and the integration with the Desjardins payroll system never worked properly. They initially told us the integration would be flawless with Desjardins, but it was a false promise. We ended up waisting a lot of time trying to get this software to work, and had to abandon it.
