The fact that all the supervisors can access the platform under certain restrictions. I love the general look of the platform, it's intuitive and user friendly. We work with a lot of volunteers coming from all kinds of backgrounds, some are not tech savvy, but all of them are able to punch in and out easily. The way the volonteers can grab the shift that they want is amazing, we don't even have to solicitate them, they can see our needs and make it work with their own schedule. We can't access it from our phone which makes it harder to answer questions on the go. We would love to personalize the software with our own lingo. The system is straightforward. Gone are the days wasted on the phone finding a replacement for a shift in my company.
