VoiceReason Sales Coach lets your team practice sales calls on a real phone call with an AI buyer. A team member dials a phone number, gives their access code, and has a real conversation with an AI buyer who knows their situation and pushes back the way real buyers do. There is nothing to download, no account for the team member and no CRM to connect. The manager issues codes and sends them out. After every call, the team member gets a written feedback report by email covering discovery, qualification, how objections were handled, and whether the call ended with a real next step. Each call has a full transcript, and the manager sees every team member's calls in one place. On the Practice + Coach plan, when the buyer hangs up, the team member stays on the line and an AI coach comes on to talk the call through while it is still fresh. Practice calls are recorded, and the line says so. Customer conversations are not used to train models for anyone else.
