They go above and beyond for talent because they have a different business model that isn't about signing up as many talent as possible. It's about helping YOU get projects that actually get done! No more auditioning for hundreds of jobs and only 10% of them get "completed". Customer service is by FAR the best I've ever experienced. AND more projects than talent! That never happens.
