The pricing could be a little cheaper, and the customer service could be better as well. **What problems is VoiceLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our agency continues to grow, having a reliable phone system that is easy to navigate has saved us a lot of time. We are getting a better quality and saving a lot of time that we use to loose and technical issue ### 4.
