"Intuitive Visual Builder Revolutionizes Conversational Design"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I use Voiceflow to design and prototype conversational AI chatbots and voice applications. Its visual drag-and-drop interface makes building, testing, and iterating conversational flows quick and straightforward. The platform supports team collaboration and API integrations, which boosts development efficiency. I really like its intuitive visual builder that makes designing complex conversational flows simple and easy to comprehend. Fast prototyping and real-time testing help me identify and resolve issues early in the development process. The visual builder allows me to clearly map out conversation logic, variables, and user paths, reducing confusion and errors. It integrates well with external APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts for dynamic responses. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with quick account creation and onboarding, allowing me to start building flows immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

While Voiceflow is very powerful, a few areas could be improved. Some advanced features have a learning curve, especially for users new to conversational AI, and clearer in-app guidance would help. Some advanced features like API integrations, custom code steps, and variable management need clearer in-app guidance. New users may find it difficult to structure API requests and handle responses without examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Voiceflow just makes it so easy to build AI voice agents and chatbots"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Very easy to create userflows. I like how building a voice agent I can use this for an upsell and a voice agent. The agent step is super powerful but you can also build deterministic flows if needed which is very handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I wish I was allowed to add the footer text such as "Powered by Valchy.AI" as before this was an option but they removed it and now I can't add this which is a nice way to promote my agency with my client's traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Bot Design Across Platforms with Powerful AI Tools"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Very easy and fast to design chat or voice bots without coding. Works on many platforms (chat, web, voice) using the same design. Has AI tools to understand questions and pull answers from your data. It lets teams work together easily and connect with other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Can get expensive as your usage or team grows. Voice replies can be slow sometimes. Limited built-in reports; hard to track detailed performance. Complex bots can still be tricky to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly But Lacks Smart Features and Support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I appreciate Voiceflow for its user-friendly and easy-to-understand interface, which makes setup simple and navigation straightforward. This aspect is particularly beneficial in allowing me to integrate the service into my workflow efficiently. I also value its compatibility and integration capabilities with most apps, such as linking my application to ChatGPT and Twilio, which is vital for enhancing communication processes. These integrations expand the potential of using Voiceflow in various project scenarios. Thus, the combination of a user-friendly design and robust integration options makes Voiceflow a valuable tool in my software ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

{"I find the customer support for Voiceflow lacking, as there was no helpful support available for issues I encountered.","I am frustrated that Voiceflow isn't as intelligent as I need, requiring me to define every single step in detail.","I rely on other tools like ChatGPT for problem-solving instead, which points to an inadequacy in Voiceflow's functionality."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool for AI Agents, Needs Better Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I appreciate Voiceflow's capability to build diverse solutions, especially for voice integrations. The integration potential with solutions like Twilio, Flowbridge, and Airtable is truly remarkable, enabling seamless connectivity for phone call automation and customer service applications. This has been beneficial for expanding our service offerings beyond chatbots. I find the variety of ways to create through Voiceflow robust, allowing for creative and functional applications. Its ability to incorporate different services and enhance our solutions, such as customer service and sales, is invaluable for our agency's needs. The tool stands out as an excellent platform for constructing multiple types of solutions that are essential in our business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I find the learning curve with Voiceflow to be quite steep. While setting it up was initially easy, advancing beyond the basics requires technical skills, making it challenging for those without such a background. Additionally, getting adequate information can be difficult, highlighting a need for better customer service. Having someone reliable to contact for assistance would improve the experience significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nothing beats Voiceflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I’ve built dozens chat/voice agents for clients worldwide, and nothing comes close to Voiceflow. it is perfect for all audiences, you can build a simple chatbot in minutes using the "agent step" or "talk/listen steps", BUT you can also go deep with custom JS functions and full API integrations when you need something advanced. What really stands out is the people behind it. The team actually listens, the updates come often, and the community is one of the few online groups that’s genuinely helpful. I started as a beginner just experimenting VoiceFlow, and now I’m building full AI solutions for mid-sized companies, to the point where I could quit my day job and focus completely on this, that wouldn’t have happened without VoiceFlow. That should say enough. Best, Abdullah Yahya Founder AdeptiveAI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Would love to have more deployment possibilities! META Channels/TG/MS TEAMS.

There are workarounds, but ideally this can be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable, But Lacks Social Integrations and Clear Credit System"
4/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I think it has more customization ability like we can add our own code and add a lot new features like forms, file uploads and many other custom things using there custom actions. Another thing that I love is there documentation because everything is well defined and we can get all the resources like example code structures and apis easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

First is it doesn't have a direct integration with social channels like WhatsApp & Instagram and second is there new credits charging system which gets quite confusing when calculating or predicting the amount credits used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empower Your Chatbot Development with Voiceflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow is incredibly valuable and easy to use. It provides alot of finctionality to accomodate for creating chatbots, and it solves the problem of answering calls and chat messages effectively. This functionality has greatly benefited me by allowing me to communicate with far more customers than I could before. Additionally, I appreciate the powerful feature of sub-workflows, which include the capability of automating the referral of customers to real human agents when necessary. This feature is incredibly useful as it enhances customer interaction processes. I also love the new integrations introduced this year, which have been a significant help in expanding the platform's capabilities. Moreover, the availability of comprehensive tutorials for most features on the platform and a great supportive community across multiple channels make learning and using Voiceflow much easier. The system's simplicity and robust community support are aspects that would likely bring me back to use Voiceflow repeatedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I found the initial setup of Voiceflow to be a little difficult due to some steps that weren't immediately clear. While there is a helpful community on YouTube, I'd prefer more integrated guidance or support to ease the onboarding process. Additionally, I would appreciate if the integrations were easier to access and if more integrations were available. I believe this is one of the few areas where Voiceflow could improve, as they have made significant changes earlier this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Chatbot Creation, Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I have been using Voiceflow for two years mainly for creating chatbots for my clients. I discovered Voiceflow through LinkedIn and YouTube, and it appeared as a nice solution, which proved to be a good choice for me. I appreciate that Voiceflow is a low or no-code solution that allows me to focus more on the business aspects rather than worrying about technical issues. Setting up Voiceflow was very easy, and their great customer support is a real asset—they respond to queries in just a few minutes. Additionally, there’s a supportive Discord community with lots of information on using Voiceflow. The platform effectively addresses my business problems by offering tools that allow me to focus on my clients' needs, particularly the development of chatbots. I also find it beneficial that Voiceflow integrates well with my custom solutions, such as software built using Python and .NET platform, making it a great product for me. I value that Voiceflow is continuously improving its solutions, especially in chatbot development, which I consider the best on the market currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I don't like the current quality of the voice solution in Voiceflow. It's not as good as other platforms like VAPI or Blend AI, which makes it less appealing to use. If the voice capabilities were on par with these alternatives, I would be more inclined to use it consistently. Currently, my focus remains on using Voiceflow predominantly for chatbots, as it excels in that area compared to its voice solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Great Community, But a Bit Pricey"
4/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use, along with the strong community support behind it. People are always willing to help each other out, which creates a welcoming atmosphere, especially within the Discord community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I find it a bit expensive, and extracting information from it isn't the easiest process. It would be much more convenient if you could connect it directly through something like an MCP and easily export all the chats, rather than having to deal with APIs and other complicated steps. Ideally, I wish I could link it to a platform like Airtable or something similar, so all the chats would automatically transfer and be ready to use elsewhere. As an agency, I can't give clients direct access to my account, but I would really appreciate a way to push the chats somewhere they can view them more easily, without having to set up complex automations, make scenarios, or use APIs and HTTP requests.
