"Insanely good product build by a unicorn-grade SaaS team."
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I was really fortunate to find Voiceflow through an AI product management meetup and decided to give it a try for our pet care assistant. The app is well designed and laid out to accommodate power users and casual viewers alike. The blocks are well thought out and intuitive to use. Each function is powerful by itself and can accomplish just about any use case when used in concert with others. The documentation and community is second-to-none. I've basically learned how to be a low/no-code developer by watching someone demo something on Discord and then copy/pasting the same tactic into our account. What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Sometimes, the flexiblity is overwhelming. Voiceflow agents can literally be taught to think, reason through issues, and execute functions across nearly any other SaaS via API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Ultimate CxD Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

My favorite part of Voiceflow has been the company's customer service. They've been receptive to feedback even when contracts were still being negotiated. We've seen even small enhancements get fixed by their product team quickly. Beyond that, Voiceflow is incredibly user-friendly and has all the elements needed to make organized, collaborative bot designs. I use Voiceflow all day every day, and it's made my work life a thousand times easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

There’s no resounding, large thing I can think of that I dislike about Voiceflow. There are small things that could be improved, like giving default access to every space in an organization unless you elect to make a space private because almost daily we have to give new people access to all our different spaces, and that’s time consuming. Or when you duplicate a project, it’d be nice if the comments and personas were duplicated as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Voiceflow is the A-Z of learning and executing on AI Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow is very beginner friendly, and it is capable of growing with your needs. When I first started using Voiceflow, I was new to AI and new to automation. I started off with their templates and watched their instructionals (super easy to implement), and learned a lot about the principles of automation (e.g., through javascript code blocks and API call blocks) to the point where I started discovering new automation oppotunities in my workflows. So I was able to go from a basic chatbot to a full integration into my Zendesk ticketing platform. All of the integrations between various tools (Zendesk, Make.com, Airtable, Google Sheets) was super easy. I now use the tool every day to help delivery exceptional customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow moves so quickly with improvements to the core product, delivers so many helpful instructionals, is very active in the community, and creates such an exciting vibe that it is diffiuclt to find an area of dislike. If I had to chose one thing, it would be the email customer support. Which sometimes can be a little slow or unresponsive, but overall, even this area is improving considering they have developed an automated response tool - which seems to be delivering high quality responses. Nonetheless, if I ever really need help, I can access it in the community. Form knowledgeable members or directly from Voiceflow staff. Who at this stage seem more like friends than anything else. "Voiceflow is a game changer"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Collaboration features, simplicity, power

Voiceflow takes the pain out of building powerful conversational experiences in a group setting. Building conversation agents is very much a "team sport" and Voiceflow makes it pleasant (even fun) to build systems that add value to external-facing customer use-cases and also labor-saving internal conversation applications

In the LLM era, Voiceflow's Knowledge Base is also a very powerful tool which makes it easy-as-pie to implement RAG systems without the endless back and forth over tool selection or library selection. It really is as easy as "put in your documents" and off you go with a state of the art experience that doesn't make things up when you ask questions.

Voiceflow uncovers the elusive middle ground where human-written conversation flows blend with large language model capability

Voiceflow's support and community are top-notich and make integration a breeze. Once a contract was signed the team worked hand-in-glove with a large group of stakeholders to address complex security + compliance requirements

Voiceflow is a tool you can use everyday to create one-off agents and also "set it and forget it" knowing that your conversation agent is in good hands Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

There's a high velocity of new features and UI changes (which isn't a bad thing in and of itself) but can be a challenge at times to keep up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adopting Voiceflow in our flows was a game changer!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

It is a very versatile tool, combining visual flows with strong API capabilities and also providing a code editor and functions, for the development-oriented people.

It makes leveraging LLM's very easy, and building a RAG with Voiceflow is a breeze, since all the technicalities are already taken care of, you just need to worry about building a flow, putting in the right prompt and uploading the dataset you need to query, and you're done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

At the current time, integrating it with other systems is finnicky. While it has strong API capabilities, some things require a lot of tinkering to get them working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
