"A Smarter Way to Turn Speech Into Polished Writing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

I like how VoiceDash naturally fits into my daily workflow with its system-wide functionality, allowing me to use it in almost any application without disrupting my process. This versatility is great for dictating emails, documents, AI prompts, messaging apps, and note-taking without needing to switch tools. I'm impressed by the quality of the AI text refinement; it not only transcribes my speech but also cleans up filler words, fixes grammar and punctuation, and formats the text, saving me a lot of time. VoiceDash helps turn my thoughts into clean, well-formatted text in real time, making my writing process much smoother and more efficient. The performance was very fast,, the pricing is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceDash?

Overall, VoiceDash has been a great productivity tool, but there are a few areas where I think it could improve. While the transcription quality is generally excellent, it can occasionally struggle with technical terminology, product names, or industry-specific jargon. Having customizable dictionaries or personal vocabulary profiles would make recognition even more accurate for specialized work. One suggestion I'd love to see is more context-aware AI customization. For example, VoiceDash could let users create different writing profiles for emails, technical documentation, meeting notes, coding prompts, or social media content, allowing the AI to automatically adjust formatting and tone based on the task instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. "VoiceDash: Effortlessly Boosting Communication Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

I like that VoiceDash is a free download and software. It's so efficient and adapts to my tone, learning very quickly, like the spelling of names and places. It's very cool because it becomes more personalized, meaning I don't have to go back and edit everything. Especially when dealing with product-specific issues for work, it doesn't feel so AI generated and false. The initial setup was super easy, and I enjoy how it helps me be quicker by utilizing my time better since voice dictation is much faster than typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"VoiceDash Turns Fast Thoughts Into Clean, Structured Text Across Any App"
5/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

I picked this up half-expecting it to sit unused like most productivity tools I've tried. One week in, I use it every day.

I'm constantly writing - LinkedIn posts, outreach messages, long-form content, documentation. The bottleneck was never ideas, it was getting them out of my head and into something shareable without losing momentum. VoiceDash genuinely solves that.

The accuracy is excellent. I speak at a normal pace, and what comes out the other side is clean, structured text with filler words stripped out. It works across every app I use without any copy-paste gymnastics, which is the thing that would have killed it for me with other tools.

The personal dictionary is a nice touch for anyone in a technical field - I've added product-specific terms and they're picked up reliably. Setup on Mac was straightforward and it's been rock-solid since.

If you're someone who thinks faster than you type and spends a lot of time producing written content, this is worth it. Strongly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceDash?

No problems, really. It's very easy to use, and it does what it says on the tin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Overall Speech-to-Text Software for Windows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

It’s very easy to use, the pricing feels fair, and the onboarding process was simple and easy to adapt to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceDash?

Not really designed for everyday dictation into Windows apps. It’s cloud-based, which makes it less useful for things like emails, documents, prompts, and messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Dictation, Needs iOS Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

I love that VoiceDash works locally on my Mac and that I can access everything I dictated if I ever need to check something. I appreciate that it takes some strain off my arms from so much typing and ensures that what I'm dictating is well phrased and has flawless spelling. The initial setup was extremely easy: install, pick a trigger key, and that's it. I'd also like to add that it works well with different languages automatically out of the box, which is great for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceDash?

The iOS app could work better. It sometimes crashes or doesn't work as expected, but I suppose that's because it's still new and it needs a bit of polishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"VoiceDash replaced my whisperflow sub"
5/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

I really like that VoiceDash allows me to communicate significantly faster and it saves me a lot of time every single day. Instead of typing, I can just speak and it increases my productivity dramatically. I've gone from typing about 1,000 to 2,000 words a day to voice dashing over 5,000 words a day. I use VoiceDash for daily conversations, Slack, AI prompting, and emails. It's very easy to set up, definitely a 10 out of 10 in that area. I also appreciate using VoiceDash to prompt AI, give instructions, and direct it instead of typing as it lets me explain exactly what I need in a fraction of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceDash?

It's just slower than I would prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Lessons with VoiceDash"
4/5
What do you like best about VoiceDash?

I use the VoiceDash app for my golf lessons to record my students' sessions and analyze the information. It is helpful because it allows me to create summaries of my coaching sessions for my students more quickly. I particularly appreciate the mobile version, which allows me to record an entire session without needing a keyboard. The system allows me to analyze the golf lesson and send emails to my students easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceDash?

It would be good if the mobile version automatically sent all the texts to the desktop version, so that you don't have to copy everything and send it via email to edit it on the desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
