It includes local-presence caller ID, managed number pools with reputation monitoring, answering-machine detection, voicemail drop, call recording, live text coaching grounded in the team's playbook, dispositions, callback scheduling, shared team campaigns with atomic lead claim-and-lock so reps never collide on the same contact, and DNC suppression. Ring time and no-answer attempts are free. AI Roleplay Reps practice realistic sales conversations against configurable AI buyers before touching live pipeline. Rooms are built around specific personas, scenarios, difficulty levels, and scoring rubrics.
