What do you like best about VOGSY?

I enjoy all the data in the back office, it makes it easy to create reports. I also like the dashboard view and everything you can see from it. Everything is pretty user friendly which I appreciate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

This isn't really a project management tool. It's quite difficult to easily create a schedule, specially if all your "activities" are not similar per project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VOGSY?

Vogsy integrates with Google and our CRM, Copper, flawlessly. It's a clean and easy to use interface which meant that our team was up and running within days after launch. For a small agency it is the most ideal solution that I have seen. After demos with multiple other platforms, it was the clear winner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

Having been through the trenches with at least 8 other platforms throughout my career, it's really hard to hate much about Vogsy. It is leaps and bounds above other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your feedback! We have taken your feedback on board and created data slicing across all record types. Additionally, we have opened the database for direct access by BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau. Most recently, however, we have also added our own embedded self-service business intelligence features based on Google Cloud Looker. With these VOGSY Dashboards, authorized users have instant access to a customizable dashboard that is constantly updated. Thanks again!

What do you like best about VOGSY?

VOGSY really helps me to grow my business. I only spend 10 minutes a day to manage all my actions. And the reports and boards with all my relevant charts helps me to control my processes. What do you like best about VOGSY?

As a project manager Iĺl get a product where I can manage my projects in a modern way and completely in the cloud. An example is the using of cards through the system when the system finds defects in the process. An example is when I do not file my time-sheet, forgot to submit my hours. Gives a card when I have to approve the hours in my projects. I can generate a bill for the customer and the project manager must always approve the bills of its own projects. There is a good plannings system so you can also see the spending in the future. what is essential for managing the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

Some reports are missing the necessary items to find received bills in an easy way.

What do you like best about VOGSY?

It is a pleasure to make proposals with Vogsy:

- I enter quote information (amount, relation, contact person)

- Vogsy then generates the quote from a template and stores it in Google Drive

- I finish the quote by editing the generated Google Doc

- Vogsy then sends my manager a notification to approve the quote

- after approval Vogsy sends the quote to my contact person through Gmail

It does not end there. After receipt, my customer can digitally sign the quote. Vogsy automatically saves the signed quote in Google Drive. In Vogsy I can then convert the quote to a project with a single click, so the project execuation can start right away (resource planning, time registration, invoicing).

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

I manage many projects and quotes so I received many notifications on my feed. Fortunately, you can easily disable certain notifications in Vogsy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only the application, but also the Vogsy team is a relief in the world of IT sales and promising apps. Voghsy really helps you to set up your P2P process in a structured way with the right possibilities to set it up for your own organization. It is not yet a fully mature application, while the organization behind it is still learning. We found that no problem, we even chose it because it gave us an advantage to help shape some features.
