What do you like best about Vodori?

The system is extremely easy and user friendly. One stop shop for all your MLR needs, and houses all documents as well. Best MLR system I have used, much better then Veeva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vodori?

The website is very intuitive and easy to use. New users may use it with minimal instruction. It's very visual.

What do you dislike about Vodori?

A very minor "dislike" is that there is not a help desk call in number. Help Desk questions are initiated via email and then someone will reach back out to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vodori?

It is super easy to use; once you do it for the first time you remember it very quickly. I never have to contact support for help. I have not used a competitor's product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vodori?

There are no downsides that I can think of except for maybe the ability to distribute a document within a canceled workflow, if the previous workflow was fully approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vodori?

After careful screening, we chose Pepper Flow as our eReview & Approval system for promotional material nearly 2.5 years ago. From inception to date, we have been delighted with the platform, people, support, and keen customer-centric focus - a refreshing experience all around. Continuous improvement, in particular, listening to the customer, has allowed for enriching client-specific customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vodori?

Nothing to dislike here. There has been no time when we felt we made an incorrect decision with Pepper Flow. Few minor observations:

1) Build out Form FDA 2253 preparation and submission process

2) Improve and stream line tracking system for payments
