Pepper Flow allows efficient and timely collaboration online for marketing material among different departments. It is easy to comment and make general remarks on pieces that are flowing through for approval. With Pepper Flow, unlike our previous routing system, we can route videos and larger pieces for approval to use with our customers. Pepper Flow has helped us define our business process better, it is very user-friendly, very easy to get trained on, a single location to save everything related to promotional materials, easy access to all materials/ jobs and real-time review sharing has helped users to work collaboratively. There is nothing that I dislike about the software but there are some functionalities like red-line capability which we will like to have in the future versions. With Pepper Flow, all that is already taken care of. Additionally, there are different reports that can be pulled which helps us compare metrics from time-to-time. What do you dislike about Vodori? I have been completely pleased with Vodori and Pepper Flow. As a start up company the product may not have every feature available. With Pepper Flow, all comments/data is captures and it's made reviewing documents much easier. I am now confident in our review process and know that we are prepared for any kind of audits. Our problem was we were using a system designed more for engineering than for marketing. A lot of people were involved in the process who were not familiar with marketing.
