I like that Pepper Flow is very easy to learn/use and can be accessed on most devices with a Chrome browser. It also integrates well with our company SSO log-in system which ensures secure access. Pepper Flow allows approvers to review in parallel, which saves a lot of time compared to the previous pen-and-paper system that we used. Simple layout, w/ the functionality that I need. Affordable price compared to the giants in the market. Customer service is good ( almost too good). The Pepperflow layout is great and easy to use. There are too many contact people at Pepperflow, some may say that's a good thing or perhaps it was re-orgs that caused this. I don't like how I can't see my completed jobs unless I search for them using the "Search" bar or I scroll through the "Library" tab. Recommendations to others considering Vodori: From a Marketing perspective, PepperFlow gets the job done when it comes to moving promo materials through our promotional review process. It doesn't have all of the "bells and whistles" of more expensive systems, but for our purposes, it has all of the essential tools that we need and it's really easy to use. PepperFlow allows my to move a large volume of promotional material through our promotional review process in an efficient way. The system enables me to save time by making the job creation process easy. The single most helpful thing about Pepper Flow is the interface allowing easy document uploading and storage. There is very little to dislike-perhaps more flexibility in being able to edit a job in-process, but I suspect this is more of an internal limitation than a Pepper Flow one. Pepper has greatly streamlined the manual steps necessary for regulatory approval-communication between approvers and submitters is more seamless, and as a result a process that could previously take a couple of hours can be performed in as little as fifteen minutes. Overall an excellent vendor to work with, Implementation team did a great job and all project milestones were achieved on time. We were able to achieve global roll out of the solution along with complex data migration is record time. Business is very happy with the vendor and the Pepper Folio product. We had a solution from another vendor, services/upgrades of which were abruptly discontinued and we were informed the product will be discontinued. Pepper Folio was selected due to its simplified UI and short learning curve for the end users. Finally there is a way to store all comments, changes and versions in ONE place. We were utilizing email and shared folders before Pepper Flow and it just wasn't working efficiently. I wish there was a way to incorporate the design portion of documents into the process. If we could have the project in there from initiation to finish, and not just review, that would be amazing.
