In our business we use media database tools nearly every day. Vocus is the Avis of this world - the #2 company. While their offerings and their quality have improved over time, they still just don't compare to Cision.

**What do you like best about Vocus Communications?**

The interface is visually appealing, and the suite of services offered if you purchase the highest tier are great.

**What do you dislike about Vocus Communications?**

The results - primarily for the media database - are just not as good as you find with other solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering Vocus Communications:**

Strongly consider whether this is the right solution for you. Give it a good, long test drive and make use of that time to build lists and view results.
