Vocalys is a mobile quoting and invoicing app for independent tradespeople and small field-service businesses. On Android, users dictate job details to create an editable draft, review the descriptions, quantities and prices, and share a PDF with their customer. Supplier-price scanning helps prepare material lines using a selected margin. Accepted quotes can be converted into invoices. The app is designed for plumbers, electricians, landscapers and other professionals working away from a desk. Country settings adapt language, currency and tax parameters; users remain responsible for reviewing their documents. Local viewing and some edits are available offline, while voice processing, scanning and remote sharing need internet access. Vocalys offers a 30-day trial followed by a paid subscription. The Android app is available on Google Play; an iPhone version is in preparation.
